Nuovo impianto Biogas 250 KWe

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully started up the biogas cogeneration plant of the Sangalli Agricultural Company (MI)!

The two digesters will be fed mainly with pig waste from the company’s closed-cycle sow farm, and the appropriately treated biogas will power the brand new and innovative MAN E3268 engine, equipped by Elektro Hagl with flue gas exchanger.

From the valorisation of livestock waste, the company therefore creates green energy and will provide the soil with very high quality organic substance over the years, increasing the fertility of the soil in an eco-sustainable way and preventing desertification of the soil.
